CS teachers in Bihar are compensated below equivalent PGT/+2 CS teachers in UP, MP, Jharkhand. We demand 7th CPC Pay Level 8 — standard for PGT-equivalent posts nationwide.

Misuse as Clerical Staff

CS teachers are appointed to teach. Yet schools routinely assign us to fill forms, manage databases, print documents and handle admin work. This is not our duty. Non-teaching tasks should be shared equally.
